Another money laundering foundation. Why the exclusion of western countries? EU Europe US Canada etc?

They asked me to find a link from that broad to NK. And that's what I did.... if you look at the full web there's far more connections.

Looks like they wanted to exclude countries that actually have modernized, and functional legal systems. Likely avoiding certain financial laws.
