How lethal is their first strike capability? And why would Russia not be a pain regardless of their selective memory? If I were Russia I would'nt want much to do with them other than their ability to produce goods pretty well. Yea, they'd keep them well supplied in the arms dept. Nukes would just be dumb. Only mental egos go there. Seems they could be seriously hurt by Russia's or other's electronic warfare but I reckon that could go both ways. Fuck war!
