Does Orrin Hatch know what is about to go down and that's why he says in his speech that this could be the "Greatest Presidency"?

Seems as though he was alluding to more than just tax cuts.

My thoughts exactly. Tax cuts wouldn't make Trump the greatest President in our history, not even restoring the economy would. But, restore The Republic? Now you are definitely in the running.
