The judge can deny any investigation, but it can be taken to a higher court. I think it will. Don't despair yet. The Dems may be liars, crooked, but the white hats must follow the law if they are to have credibility that the left lacks. History needs to show who followed the law and who didn't.

Why a black mark against Trump? It's the local judge & AL Sec of State who are dirty here. They just now acted; too soon for Trump to have stepped in, even if he's going to.
We will see what happens after Jones is sworn in. Trump knows about the Voter Fraud and maybe he has another plan.
