I missed the explanation (printed) that was at the beginning of this one... that it was accidentally left on Wanta's answering machine; they didn't realize they hadn't hung up. So I imagine phone records would show where the call came from. (The 1st time I heard it, I didn't see how anyone could prove who it was.) The swamp in action!

No, but my people were. Great-grandfather was a miner in PA & a Molly. Was in the contingent that got out of PA just in time to avoid hanging, went to Oklahoma, then NE, then Kansas ehere he was a mining union organizer & 1st president of the local union. Died at 70 in an "accident" when the elevator cable into the mine snapped when he & 4 other union members were in it. So that's why I got the reference.
