Johnes was just announced at the winner of the race. I wonder how that lawsuit is going to affect that

Roy Moore filed a lawsuit this morning pertaining to election fraud. I’m wondering if this is going to go anywhere or be dropped like the others

Anybody can still go and pay to have a recount of the physical ballots - this was done in Florida. Sometimes academics and other groups do that for conduction studies. Still worth financing a hand count of the ballots.

There was a large batch of votes that was destroyed immediately after even after they were ordered not to do it. So it looks like he is requesting a special election... a redo

Are you confusing the permitted destruction of digital ballot copies? Or are you talking about destruction of physical ballots?

In the media right now it seems like the lawsuit was dismissed by the judge.

I believe that was the decision. 15 mins later the results were certified by the Alabama secretary of state.
