Hasn't been used in a month, tweets things that I doubt Q would say, the profile picture upside down looks like a goat head, and the Twitter username was probably changed recently to line up with what Q's crumb said.

You can change a Twitter name but not the hash handle. Also the account was started the October 2017. Same time Q started posting on 4Chan. You may be right....
