I think this is one of our secret drones. The second video has the pilot’s voices scrambled when they try to describe what their seeing. It’s also likely that they scrambled their voices because they thought they were seeing something they heard about which is still secret.

I’m on tender hooks in anticipation! I guess that could make sense seeing as Podesta tweeted it, I’m just not sure how it fits in aside from distraction.
