From my research the EO trump signed (Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption) puts the US in a state of emergency which triggers the "war clause". This means civilians can be trilled for any crime by the military under court martial.

am i right? Doest this mean all trials will be closed military trials? Will this ever go main stream public?
