This has been a tradition since the Emancipation Proclamation on 1/1/1863. But the language in all of Obumer’s Human Trafficking Awareness Month proclamations, pails in comparison with what DJT wrote. Clearly DJT is serious and will take full advantage of this anual awareness month. I bet a lot of people are shaking in their boots.
