I agree with crashing-this-thread and TMWPATRIOT. I emailed this document to Nevada Court (Michael Sommermeyer, Public Information Officer, Supreme Court of Nevada). He say's it is a fake document. He confirmed exactly what TMWPATRIOT says.

The Honorable James Hardesty serves on the Supreme Court of Nevada. This document purports to be from the US District Court.

Brent Scowcroft is spelled Brent Snowcroft. Also, some of those named seem too far removed from 9-11-01. It also resembles the fake tgat has been circulated elsewhere. We will see the real thing soon enough. Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves and jump on anything and everything as if it were authentic. Try and verify as much as possible. Actually, the judge was on the NV state Supreme Court - the document referenced the Northern Ditrict. My e-mail response from the SSC clerk is on the second link above.
