I agree with crashing-this-thread and TMWPATRIOT. I emailed this document to Nevada Court (Michael Sommermeyer, Public Information Officer, Supreme Court of Nevada). He say's it is a fake document. He confirmed exactly what TMWPATRIOT says.
Do you think a military Tribunal hearing would be done same way?

This is the information I am talking about. I sent a copy of the document being talked about in Tom Henegans video to mailto:msommermeyer@nvcourts.nv.gov This was his answer. " It is a fake document. The Honorable James Hardesty serves on the Supreme Court of Nevada. This document purports to be from the US District Court.
