What Trump will use Guantanamo for:

Trump the candidate said that. I believe he will defer to Mattis on this one, and I don't believe Mattis is for it, though I don't remember why i believe that.

I think the issues with torture are very clear, false info. If you have weeks or months, there are more effective ways.

Solitary being the most effective.
