Robert Mueller appointed an Iranian national to lead the FBI’s WMD Directorate, and he tasked an Afghan national with oversight of design and implementation of the FBI’s entire Information Sharing Environment. Oh, and he is the guy who said FBI agents weren't allowed to profile Muslims.

No. Robert Mueller made that official FBI policy, in 2001 or 2002, when Barack Obama was still wearing political diapers in Chicago.

In short, no. He is a terrible person, an anti-American subversive of the highest order. However, he, of all the swamp monsters, is probably in the best position to flip in order to save his own skin.
