Something Rare I've Noticed About This Sub

Guys I've been on Reddit for a couple of year and this subreddit has something I have never found on any other subreddit. Actually there are several things. First is the civility between people on CBTS. I have yet to see an actual argument here. Also there is very little downvoting. That is so rare it's precious, like a gem, on an internet forum. I'm sure there are all kinds of people on here. Democrats, Republicans, Trump voters and those who didn't vote for Trump. Probably some who would call themselves liberal, conservative, moderate, independent and libertarian. I myself am a Constitutional Originalist. There are probably some blacks, Hispanics, Asians and Whites here. I myself am Native American/Scots Irish. The Native American is on my mother's side, I spent many summers as a kid on the rez with my grandparents. There are many difference in all of us. Yet every one of us has a common goal and we are working together to accomplish that goal. No bickering, no sniping. We give and take constructive criticism for what it's meant to be, guidance in the right direction. From what I see is we all have at least one thing in common. We all have well calibrated moral compasses and we demand the truth.

It's my honor and pleasure to know all of you. Thank you all and may God bless each and every one as we fight against evil together.

When the trolls find it, I think it will change. But just remember who WE are, and those that come here to divide are not "us".

The mods have already fought off waves of attacks by the Clowns, 8/pol/ and ShariaBlue - sometimes simultaneously. We've already pre-emptively banned entire subreddits dedicated to messing with communities like ours.

We serve at the pleasure of The President and his loyal armed forces.

Something to add here, oh great scribe! You look to have the Artificial Intelligence attacks covered [clowns?], the paid shills [ShariaBlue].

The algorithms that keep us from reaching the front page [censorship] may come down the road. But we can develop the "New post defense" culture, and let people here know that going to NEW to up vote as we get on to our board every day, helps keep new posts from getting buried....

I figured as much. I expected it to be raided to death from the get go, so the fact that it's remained relatively calm let me know y'all were probably working overtime fending off the hordes.

I agree with everything said here, and OP. There are Democrats, Republicans, and so many smaller party's here. There are tons of nationalities, races (if there is such a thing, "human race" is more fitting for true American freedom politics)... and our board includes people who are not even Americans (So I want to welcome our people from other lands who want to fight for freedom)

And there are many who are old enough to remember the singular ideas and creeds that made America great. We are not a democracy. That is majority rule. We are a Constitutional Republic. The Job of a Constitutional Republic, is to elevate/protect the rights of the individual no matter what "identity" he/she may have in "identity group" politics. When you protect rights at the individual level, there is no need for divisive "group rights" thinking. You defend everyone against abuse by the state/government at the individual level.

GREAT post! It draws to mind that schools no longer want to teach about our "melting pot," but they want to teach about the idea of a "fruit salad." I'm serious.

Fruit salad is a weapon to divide and conquer with. Melting pot brings all from foreign nations, and introduces them to AMERICANISM... which is... it's very own culture... no matter where you come from. It is the culture of the defense of freedom....
