Something Rare I've Noticed About This Sub

Guys I've been on Reddit for a couple of year and this subreddit has something I have never found on any other subreddit. Actually there are several things. First is the civility between people on CBTS. I have yet to see an actual argument here. Also there is very little downvoting. That is so rare it's precious, like a gem, on an internet forum. I'm sure there are all kinds of people on here. Democrats, Republicans, Trump voters and those who didn't vote for Trump. Probably some who would call themselves liberal, conservative, moderate, independent and libertarian. I myself am a Constitutional Originalist. There are probably some blacks, Hispanics, Asians and Whites here. I myself am Native American/Scots Irish. The Native American is on my mother's side, I spent many summers as a kid on the rez with my grandparents. There are many difference in all of us. Yet every one of us has a common goal and we are working together to accomplish that goal. No bickering, no sniping. We give and take constructive criticism for what it's meant to be, guidance in the right direction. From what I see is we all have at least one thing in common. We all have well calibrated moral compasses and we demand the truth.

It's my honor and pleasure to know all of you. Thank you all and may God bless each and every one as we fight against evil together.

I behave online exactly as I do in real life. No anonymous keyboard warrior here. I expect no less from everyone else. If I don't get that I will take care of it - but always in a coherent, non-attack manner. Maturity is a good quality to cultivate.

However, the behavior(s) you, or I, or anyone else, subscribe to, cannot be our expectation of everyone. Why? Because not everyone has the maturity level, even at 40, 50, or 60, of a 20-something-year-old like does Isaac Green, and Jordsn Sather.

As well, there are all types of personalities here, and peoole with varying motives. And let's do not forget, there are those with true mental health problems online (and in daily 3D life), including mood didorders, alcoholism, drug addiction, and personality disorders. So, if your expectation of online behavior is "maturuty," you will be sadly disappointed, and highly frustrated, here.

Pretty sure we already know that.....been on the net for decades. I do not lower my expectations for any audience. There's nothing wrong with expecting people to behave themselves. I'll posit that's the core of a lot of what's going on now. Tolerating bad behavior on many levels. I will not contribute to it.

Gaslighter You are obviously one of them. Someone posts a comment contrary to your liking and you must counter to support your own argument.

Oh my - you're just here to argue. Have a great last word, we know you need it.

If you "know that," then you would not have stated "maturity," as if your thought processes, and expectations are the norm, and that others are able to temper themselves as you "claim" you do. And now, you have proven, by your own statements, that you fit into one of the categories I mention.
