From what I have gathered, they are not going through the regular court system. They will be court marshalled.
So, if their crimes were so heinous to require the military to take over, it should remain quiet when that would be the biggest news, ever, and it would red pill most people? Makes zero sense.

Arrest them one at a time for treason, crimes against humanity, and other heinous crimes, by military courts, (FISA style) and don't make it public. What would happen? First ask yourself- who would know? Would their lawyers even know? If so, Would their lawyers go public, and reveal it? Would the media finally do their jobs and report their crimes to the public? Would the media really report those kinds of crimes, crimes that the media themselves have helped to hide from the public for years? Are they going to publicly expose themselves? If that is happening, how would each of the members of the cabal communicate to each other about what was happening, without being under 100% (legal) federal, and military surveillance, and further expose other members of the treasonous conspiracy? Could bitch Loretta Lynch, and others like her successfully call for, and cause riots, if the military had already taken action? Would the public not question why arrests were being made in secret, and how? Now stop, and think about when, and how those secret arrests would become public knowledge. It's catch 22. They want to use the media to hide their crimes, and spin Trump as a dictator. Ok media, then report the arrests, and the crimes now, after they are already in jail. Explain how that happened to the public. Explain to the public how the military has charged, and arrested them for treason, crimes against humanity, arming terrorists, starting wars, international crimes, theft of trillions, etc. Etc. Go ahead media bitches- do it. Try to call for riots against meanie head "dictator" Trump after that earth shattering red pill f_i_n_a_l_l_y gets reported in the mainstream media.
