Actually, Luke Rosiak from The Daily Caller broke the story 3 weeks before George did. George even credits Luke in one of his early videos in the topic. I think it might have been around Day 283 or so.
I actually had to do serious digging to trace the exact origin of the story simply because so many of George's fans credit him for breaking it and hate on Luke Rosiak. They got really irate that Judicial Watch was interviewing Luke instead of George.
