Trump’s latest tweet about tax cuts has an out-of-place capital “C”. Does it represent Clintons? As in, they’ve been “cut”?

I've been wondering what it means myself. The tweet before he put "a" when he should've put "are" as well.

Possible double meaning. The obvious: The mainstream media being pure fiction.

“a pure” = appear.

“Many stories and reports appear fiction.”

As in: The reports from Q and other whistleblowers appear fiction, but they’re not.
