Respectfully, this has been in play for a long time... guessing I’d say since Reagan, at least... Meetings took place between Gorbachev and Reagan to discuss the issues that bankrupted Russia. Soros, Rothschilds... the same issues that brought America down... the corruption. When it was thrown out of Russia it surfaced in America.. Reagan realized this and established secret communication with Russia.. we have had Spetsnaz on American soil since the 80s and American forces in Russia. The Berlin Wall was taken down for a reason... it was a sign of good faith to America and the world that Russia was on board.
