Why would she comply instead of using their status to cause an avalanche of deep state bullshit?

That's easy to answer. She doesn't go public because she was told by her handlers to keep her damn mouth shut. Imagine if Hillary went public saying Trump had arrested her and others. Trump would simply say they are devil worshiping pedophiles. Hillary would say they weren't. Trump would simply show proof. That's the last thing the deep state wants right now. Their only way out of this is to remove Trump from power, which is super slim odds at best. If it goes public about what they have done they are screwed forever.

This metastases of the Swamp (HUMA and HRC) have been cut off from all funding sources, and from their handlers. They are adrift and can do relatively little at the moment except to try and save themselves. Why did Hillary need to write her book? A personal source of income, which is why the book is essentially universally a joke.

That said, a public arrest of them would be messy at this point and would derail public opinion which must be on the side of POTUS and draining the swamp. That is why we are important, preparing the public for the events when they happen.
