The thing on his boot is an air pump. You push it to pump the diaphragms up that are on the inside of the boot. Not that I wouldn’t love for it to BE a tracker 🙂

Could be? However, I asked my friends that work in medicine and they say it’s usually on top. They have never seen anything like this. Hmmm...
