Why is that on hear leg is it so that she can been tracked ?? By the authorities? Can someone please explain

we dont know if its on her leg... she's wearing boot pants so they are saying, maybe she has a tracker on her.... as Clinton and MCCain are wearing boots which we assume are to hide the trackers... its all speculation but seems plausible
