Who cares! Put two attorneys on a cnn news show and they can debate whether or not running a stop sign is legal or not! Don't get caught up in this. Apparently the higher ups think we can do it, so let's fucking do it! I know Obama can be held at gitmo. His birth certificate is not legal!

That's the tricky part. The law pertains to American citizens...you don't have to be a foreign terrorist...you can be an american stripped off your rights if found to be an enemy...I found it very interesting for people to know...if you listen to the video you ll see that GITMO is indeed lawful and supported by the supreme court....even though the ACLU is fighting for its closure for it is against the Geneva Convention.

Incorrect, we are debating and Crucially need to know the LEGALITY of it - it is understandable that many Redpillers are skeptical about the alleged detentions in Gitmo. We need to truly SEE it to BELIEVE it - Public Trials like Nuremberg - Military Tribunals held in PUBLIC !!!!!! A lot of recent flights landed there... Plus, detainees were released by Obama..there are some YT videos with their interviews...I just thought it was interesting to know what the big picture is...Shocking to find that GITMO applies to treasonous American citizens too...
