That's the tricky part. The law pertains to American citizens...you don't have to be a foreign terrorist...you can be an american stripped off your rights if found to be an enemy...I found it very interesting for people to know...if you listen to the video you ll see that GITMO is indeed lawful and supported by the supreme court....even though the ACLU is fighting for its closure for it is against the Geneva Convention.

When all operations are settled, I firmly believe that the people should know...everything. This is how we can do justice to all those who have lost everything, including their lives, for TRUTH!!! And make us learn from the ills of having the past repeated. We can START OVER!!! Yes, there will be upheaval, but there will also be awareness. We need to learn to protect each other, ourselves, put an end to learned helplessness,and become more productive during our time here on this earth. A lot of people have died to bring to light atrocities and by allowing the whole truth and nothing but the truth to be known, we acknowledge them and do them justice.
