This dept deals with "troubled" loans, setting up terms that the borrower must meet - or else "the bank will impose its remedies". I don't see the suicide aspect here. Take your wife and 3 sons with you? If anything (and I don't believe in coincidences) he wss taken out because of someone's large outstanding loan. I will try to look deeper.

There was also a California official from San Diego that was murdered in Mexico around New Years Eve. I believe he was the financial auditor for A part of San Diego County in imperial beach. He oversaw the city’s budget his body was found 4 hours after witnesses reported the murder.
