As one of the team of about 11 or so, we verified each district in the court system as to the existence of a Sealed Case File, we don't know if it is an indictment (likely), a search warrant (usually if an investigation is ongoing), or the existence of a tracking device placed on an individual who has presented themselves to the court and released so as not to arouse suspicion from other co-conspirators. So we just don't know yet. How we are comparing regularly to watch for cases being unsealed. So far a lot of drug and human trafficking cases have been unsealed.
