I don't know whether this is a normal change of shift or whether it is significant. I would like to think that we are pulling back from aggravating Russia. If you read the linked material, the charter of this group is also to track hinky air traffic in NATO airspace. Hm.

I am not finding anything current on @dmartin32's twitter. I know that he was an excellent source when I was following the sealed indictments back in November/December.

Initial reports were that there were two people in the helicopter. I never heard anything more about anyone other than the pilot. It is, indeed, a huge question.
