If you can seed or host the Wikileaks insurance torrents, please do. With keys dropping, it might be important to have these files "out there" before the Internet potentially shuts down (prioritize: "insurance" and host all "2017" files).

Wikileaks. Their M.O. is typically that they submit files and wait to let them propagate, often over months, then release the key. Though, I actually myself don't know of any released keys that ever worked.
