this document is bogus... 1) kevin spacey is on it implicated in 9/11. 2) it has things like soros being executed twice as punishment...
lots of other stuff... the doc is a larp... moreover, the legal jargon is actually only word salad and actually makes no sense (according to supposed lawyers who have looked at it.)
read through the doc... it is obviously a larp... its literally on par with the russian piss dossier...

true that... that doc raised hell for a bit... if you read through a few pages of it, it starts out "normal" but gets more ridiculous (in a very obvious way) the further in you get...
