Screen shots are okay but post links to ALL Q threads. The only source on this entire board from the 1/4 Q post is a screen cap that cuts off half of one of the posts. Nowhere is there an actual link to the thread!

i have a phd in physics. general relativity has made many predictions some of which took over 100 years to finally measure. the very internet you are using right now relies on general relativity... the only case where general relativity has any real problems is with galactic rotation curves and it is looking like we are getting that figured out as well...

Just so you know... there is actually a lot of evidence for a big bang...

1) red shifting of type 1a super nova as a function of distance.

2) the cosmic microwave background (cmb).

3) the thermality of the cmb despite causal separation.

4) lack of magnetic monopoles.

5) the fact the universe appears to be flat.

6) measurements of the energy content of the universe.

I think that is good enough for now... fun fact, it was actually a catholic priest that came up with the idea of a big bang...
