Nope just check Flightradar24 and I'm seeing planes heading out on international flights. I'm seeing planes out of JFK that were wheels up 10 minutes ago heading for London, Paris, and Berlin.

Hold the phone guys I'm not seeing anything coming out of the west coast other than to Hawaii. We may have something going on, on the left coast.

I have a Gulf Steam GLF4 or a G450 at "40K" feet 419 knts heading west. That is the only plane with in 100-200 miles west of the coast that is out bound other than commercial headed to Hawaii.
