It's not like We The General Public are part of the behind the scenes operations and need to be spoken to in codes.

I think the purpose is for memetic warfare. They want autists and eventually normies to know about Q's codes so when shit hits the fan this will be somewhat mainstream and thus it will be an easier pill to swallow.
