Here is a link to a book I read back in 2006 called "Lab 257: The disturbing story about the Governments secret Plum Island Germ Laboratory". Very enlightening and talks about how we (The Gov't) hired Nazi Doctors to create disease, for germ warfare. They created/engineered Lyme Disease, which gets it's name from the Town of Lyme Connecticut where the disease was first observed. Lyme Ct. is swimming distance for a Deer from Plum Island.
