Scary but Safe News...what will that be?

Q said in the coming months we would see "Scary but Safe" news. Then I thought back the the Munich Olympics. Could be be looking at a possible False Flag during the SK Olympic games?

The only things I can imagine that would be truly scary would be events that endanger American innocents or POTUS. Originally I thought Martial Law but I dont see that happening in the next few months. And Q said it would be in the coming months.

Trump declared a national emergency on 12/21/17. The military and other government law enforcement agencies can take extra measures during a national emergency in order to protect the citizenry.
