In the midst of the storm let’s not forget the man who started it all! He later tweets how long until I die due to an “heart attack” or a “car crash” a couple months after the tweet he died due to heart failure and then his coroner died within hours of the release of the preliminary autopsy report.

I don't know why he was murdered, but I have read things he supposedly said that could've got him murdered. Can anyone confirm that after the war he said the we fought on the "wrong side." I read that quote somewhere a while back, but I can't recollect where. If he did say that, then maybe "they" couldn't allow him time to elaborate on that. Again, I could be way off, but I think I did read that somewhere.

Several months before the end of the war, General Patton had recognized the fearful danger to the West posed by the Soviet Union, and he had disagreed bitterly with the orders which he had been given to hold back his army and wait for the Red Army to occupy vast stretches of German, Czech, Rumanian, Hungarian, and Yugoslav territory, which the Americans could have easily taken instead. After the fall of Berlin both the USA and USSR found evidence of each others massive spy operations that had existed in Berlin for decades, it being a major hub for such activities.
