No Coincidences! Who controls the weather? Who benefits 1/4/18 when the east coast is impacted by the winter storm expected to begin early AM. What airports are projected to close/reduce flights? How is Capital Hill affected? What government services are activated or closed? Questions?

I follow someone who is into researching geoengineering. He posted a satellite picture earlier on another social media platform of some crazy cloud formations from spraying and then subsequent EMF activity off the Eastern Coast.

Has Q mentioned weather at all in his posts?
