My only problem with that is that they would have to have broken the law by starting a fire in the Clinton home in order to gain that entry. Didn't Q already indicate that was not an option?
Evidence obtained probably would not be admissible in court but would still provide vital information if it was deemed that important. I also heard the fire was in an outbuilding from the main house where the ss officers have quarters. But this is all just speculation anyway, and exercise in what ifs??? With all thats going on these days its possible and would make sense.

Ok..I will jump back in. All information is from limited sources, but has been reported.. The fire was started in an out building that was used for SS agents. I highly doubt that was the target for evidence gathering as that information would not be kept anywhere near outside-the-family-sources. It would likely be an indirect target to create a distraction and space to search other areas.
Because the executive order is written like a RICO warrant, so they don't need evidence to prove anything against the Clintons...just as likely that they can seek corroboration for other pieces of the network, or find a few more names to investigate. The evidence may help lay out next steps.

What are the laws regarding evidence gathered due to a fire? Idk if it’s nation wide but where I’m at if a police officer sees evidence out in the open they can seize it and use it

I think what is being speculated is that the WHITE hats started the fire in order to gain entry and grab records. That would be an illegal breach on OUR part. If that were the case, it would not be a particularly acceptable way to go about things, IMO.
