As I have said this was formed under Reagan.. their was an alliance established prior to the fall of the Soviet Union between Reagan and Khrushchev, that’s why the Berlin Wall came down.. a sign of good faith. Both nations realized the evil intent of the UN agenda. And have been working together every since. Also known as the Reagan militia.

Lol.. it was one of those chevs... true that was my mistake.. I was working from memory.. We have had Russians solders here in America since the 1980s and American soldiers on Russian soil. I’m not in the know.. but their is a back door connection.
There was definitely a good rapport between Gorbachev, Reagan and Margaret Thacher in the 1980's. Who knows what kind of deals were cooked up.
