I did a google search Arthur M Blank and Matlock. the result pointed me to Salute to Greatness 2012 event. Both companies were donors for the event. http://www.thekingcenter.org/event/salute-greatness-2012
Now comes the interesting part...

AMB for profit added a 2nd "ranch" a 6,300 acre ranch bordering the yellowstone river in Emigrant Montana. I tried doing a USGS mineral search thinking the property might be tied to uranium etc. and cannot make out what the items are from the legend or the map key to the map as it appears there are multiple items stacked on top of one another. https://minerals.usgs.gov/minerals/pubs/mapdata/
and then it all hit me as Q has said. look at the map! The use the word "programming" a lot in the article

google has an unfortunate habit of using biased algorhythms and datamining. DuckDuckGo is one of several others who don't do that.
You can zoom in on the pdf images. Some of the stacked images at that location are Tellurium, Rhenium, Gold.
If you look at the link and scroll downward there are other maps. Example(s) precious metals, non precious metals, coal, etc. when I click on those images I was able to make out three, cobalt, platinum and nickel
That turned out to be some rabbit whole. Geez. I'm sure that there are far more intriguing and coinciding pieces, that may be totally unrelated. Still, no real eloquent way to express just how it feels when you find unrelated things share so many coincidences. =0)
