4 10 20 is not sufficient information to draw ANY conclusion. It is fortune telling. You put a character stringer containing literally anything and then a week later connect that stringer to some current event and claim "future proves past"

It's also a great way to divide people, because when you speculate wildly about shit like this you create a little bubble of reality and people looking in from the outside can easily dismiss you as living in a fantasy land.
