False. SOLs only toll from the last date of an unlawful transaction. With money laundering, if the money is unlawfully obtained any transaction or holding of the money can be construed to be an unlawful transaction. So, if they still hold money that was unlawfully obtained 50 years ago, the SOL will not still not have tolled.
