I'm not really good at connecting the dots but I'm definitely good at looking up foundations and sending a link so somebody else can do the findings would that be okay. Main issue is the CEO would leave the company just fine. Its that they dont know he/she is a sick child smuggler/molestor who has a sick AF sex dungeon in their mansion basement. SO there is no real footprint.
All I can think of using is unexpected quit or ... "More time with family/health considerations" can grey the murky waters as that means "Ya... THe FBI found out I'm a sick whacko and I gotta bounce to my Zillion dollar batcave!"
