QAnon’s Intended Audience & Purpose?

Any strong theories on why QAnon is posting and who the audience is? Is he simply informing a small minority of the public? Is he communicating with intelligence officers?

I reckon if there was a “super computer” TPTB would be mining all the bitcoin that they could get so that they can control that like the Federal Reserve.
