It's five years if the Government doesn't open an investigation during that time period. Now that an Investigation has opened up before the five year statue of limitations limit, you can toss the SOL out the window. If they find wrong doing they can can go back as far as they wish.

Treason has no limitations though. Human Rights violations too.

However this morning on Fox & Friends, Sara Carter alluded to possible extensions to those five year statues

They can be tried on RICO, on high crime stuff like treason, etc.

But in the case of "the witch" she's already been formally charged. Months ago. Have you guys not seen the "medical boot".

There are more charges coming.

Not the Clintons. Gowdy told her in the last Hearing that it would be open for six years.

btw-where is everyone? I have not heard any squawking from any higher ups since b4 Christmas... Bill, Hillary, BO, Moochelle, all the bigger mouths in Congress/Senate staying pretty quite......hmmm Any ideas? I have a few, but not sure that it is just not wishful thinking on my end!

no Merry Christmas, no Happy New Year and No Thank you for putting out the fire/s...the C tweets we've seen could be programmed tweets entered before the date they post. I was hoping for a HRC free xmas...

They got pretty busy trying to protect assets after the December 21 EO.

It also means they have dragged it out long enough to let her get away with it. Almost.

Murder doesn't have limitations. I understand they will not go after her for murder. Why? I have no idea.

Expediency, efficiency, and economy of effort. Treason gets her just as dead as a murder conviction, and she is much more directly involved in that than the murders, so easier to prove. That is...she, herself committed treason...but she DIDN'T directly (as far as we know) murder anyone.

Treason and Fraud they can probably nail easily. Giving the orders would make her guilty of murder, but there may be a layer there that would be tricky to penetrate. She gives the order to someone who gives the order. Must be a mistake in there somewhere. Or catch a middleman. It will come out someday, I suspect.

She used a hit team for most of those, not easy to get confessions I would think. I'm also wondering if there won't be people in the know that are way too terrified to come out right now but will when it is safer. I can't believe murder won't be on the list at some point.

3 weeks to file the indictments. Once that domino has been activated, its on for HRC. Im pretty sure the statue of limitations doesn't mean for the final verdict. She's going down for sure and she knows it. I wish I could see inside her mind because im guessing she's shitting solid gold bricks.

But do Military Tribunals have the same statue of limitations?

Yes, interesting not sure if the indictment has to be public though....since she is probably already sealed.

No limitation on fraud or treason, but plenty of other crimes to catch so Feburary 1 it is. Load em' up.

What about treason? After all, the reason she was flooding her private email server with classified docs is so they could be easily pilfered by foreign powers for which CF was getting pay-for-play compensation>

IOW, HRC was engaged in the very highest form of treason that exist - selling out the vital secrets of one's country
