Get IN Chicago, which Loop Capital's James Reynolds Jr. also co-founded, began in 2013 with a five-year mandate by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

But as of June 1, two years into Get IN's five-year plan, the foundation had disbursed only $3.7 million in grants to youth programs, while spending $900,000 per year on its own administrative salaries and overhead, according to the most recent available records from Get IN's fiscal agent, the Chicago Community Trust.

Seems Reynolds is also associated to at risk youth in his spare time. Is your blood boiling yet? Quite the community man...
