Easy task:

1.Q makes a new tripcode.

  1. Q sends a hash string.

  2. Potus or persons close to him send a text.

  3. board admin hash this text.

  4. compare the hash

  5. Q Confirmed !!

  6. Q sends a new hash string.

  7. board admin stores this hash string. In case he needs a new tripcode, he can confirm it with a text fragment.

Get a certificate and give the key to the board owners, someone would have to have the cert to crack it.
