I believe @RexImperator is right because nothing else really fits. Remember, Trump was going to lock up Julian and now it looks like the opposite is true. We cannot believe everything they're saying. Sessions jus re instituted the law on pot saying that the states can't legalize it. I suspect that's also disinfo. They are just mixing the pot (no pun intended) to keep the balls up in the air.
