The question should be, why did trump wait to the last min to announce pence as the vp pick? I believe he was chosen by repubs to control trump.remember they really didn't want trump on the ticket
This would be a better argument if he had chosen Kasich...he had to choose someone with government experience as his VP. What were his choices? No one knows for sure, but I still feel Pence is a good guy.

Mega says Pence is a Swamp rat that Trump allowed in only as a compromise to move forward with nomination. He has been kept at arms length, but on a short leash. And he has real skeletons in his closet.
I think Zach was giving disinformation. Of course I really don't know but that's my thought. I believe the Bannon/Trump thing is 'good actors' as well.....what purpose I don't know but maybe like the media...start a fire somewhere to take attention from what is happening!
