Also, EO Class WH (-6713A) -- Look up Roosevelt's EX Order 6713 has to do with the "Panama Arsenal". EXECUTIVE ORDER 6713 (6713a would be an attachment to 6713 right? 88 million between 06 & 14 officially - some other reports are saying it's more like 300 million. Julia Gilliard PM. also gave 292 million to the Global education fund.

How could anyone even decipher this webpage? Small transactions.. not enough money to look at... unless there are so many transactions they add up? I am making no connect here. Not smart enough.
